Immigration Reform Continued

Governor Rick Perry of the State of Texas criticized the State of Arizona for their recent passing of the controversial law requiring people in Arizona to show proper documentation. As a born and raised Texan, I am disappointed with Rick's comments and feel he should mind his own business which is the business at hand of managing the affairs of the State of Texas and I can assure You that his plate is full accomplishing that task. We have our own illegal immigration problem here in Texas that Rick Perry should be tending to. Many law abiding, tax paying, legal citizens of the State of Texas could be back at work and providing for their families if Texas Law Enforcement Officers had a similar law in place to work with alongside U.S. Customs I.C.E. Officers. I believe the Texas Legislature should draft and pass similar legislation as the law that was enacted in Arizona to help curtail the flow of illegal aliens and to get the illegal aliens that are here in defiance of the laws of the land back to where they came from. And, Governor Rick Perry should sign such a law into existence for the general welfare and prosperity of the citizens of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Especially, in light of the fact that drug related gangland warfare is now spilling over into the United States of America from other countries at an alarming rate.

  1. I Agree, Arizona has stepped up to the plate and now it is time for Texas and all other border states to do the same. After that happens maybe the federal government and interior state will do what is right. Enforce The Borders.
